This means there's no need for manual file uploads or data entry — everything happens automatically, allowing the payroll department to process hours accurately and in a timely manner.

  • SAP S/4HANA: Approved time records can be transferred to SAP S/4HANA for processes such as labor costing and other business activities that rely on employee time data.

  • SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP): When standard integrations don't cover your requirements, SAP BTP can be used to connect Time Tracking with other SAP and third-party applications.

  • Third-party time clocks: Existing clock terminals can continue to be used. Recorded working time is transferred into SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking for further processing.
