The client is a leading food retailer that operates its own logistics services, manages direct import activities, and provides a range of digital services for its partners.

Challenge

The client required the SAP system to be customized to increase the efficiency of marketing processes, enhance the transparency of information on stock balance and damaged goods, and establish personnel evaluation and training processes.

Solution

To address the client’s challenges, the LeverX team delivered a set of tailored enhancements across multiple SAP systems. A significant part of the project focused on enhancing the existing SAP-based warehouse solution. Our experts developed a series of customized reports and features designed to improve visibility and control over product movement and stock information. The implemented functionality included:

  • Batch management for fruits and vegetables.
  • End-to-end batch tracking—from warehouse loading to outbound delivery to distribution centers and stores.
  • Automated calculation of projected inventory levels.
  • Display of stock quantities to support root-cause analysis.

The team also implemented custom analytical tools to equip the marketing department with demand insights, sales performance metrics, and support for promotional planning.

On the HR side, we introduced staff evaluation workflows within the SAP HR system. The main goal was to streamline employee performance assessment, make the evaluation process more transparent, and help the HR specialists standardize processes across the organization.

These enhancements complemented the broader system customizations delivered within the client’s systems.
