Challenge

Our teams faced the challenge of implementing solutions to help the customer sales teams work more efficiently. It also needed to add transparency into cargo tracking processes.

Solution

As a core solution, SAP ERP was chosen to meet the client’s goals. In the course of the project, we also established integrations of the system with SAP C4C & CPQ and ensured effective mechanisms for cargo tracking.

Project Goal

The work on the project was focused on the contribution to different areas affecting the client's effective operation. These included end-to-end procurement, external logistics, financial accounting, budgeting, transportation, basic data, sales and HR processes. 

Our specialists also provided training for the client’s team, so they can take full advantage of the solution functionality.

        • Implementation of Multi-Resource Scheduling Overview (SAP MRS) 10.0 functionality.
        • Implementation of SAP Work Manager functionality.
        • Setting up the SAP MRS Optimizer to work with SAP Work Manager and SAP PM.
        • Changing the functionality of SAP PM, in terms of integration with the functionality of SAP MRS and SAP Work Manager for MRO planning.
        • Integration of SAP MRS functionality with SAP HCM.
        • Integration between SAP MRS, SAP Work Manager, and SAP PM using the Symbol TC70 mobile app device.
        • Training the client's project team to implement and support the functionality of SAP MRS, SAP Work Manager.
        • Development of recommendations to form KPI for the effective use of the functionality of SAP MRS, SAP Work Manager.
        • Additional development of the functionality of SAP MRS, SAP Work Manager, and SAP PM to cover MRO processes in different departments of the company.
        • Project scope documentation within its functional scope.

Continuing our cooperation with the client, our teams were involved in testing scenarios based on SAP GRC 10.1 after migrating from SAP GRC 10.0: Access Control. The additional scope of work included:

        • Emergency Access Control Configuration: Testing Scenarios for Firefighter Users.
        • Compensatory Control for SAP GRC Access Control: Identifying Access Risks and Approvers.
        • Risk analysis for roles and users.
        • Help Desk tickets related to SAP GRC.
