Client and Challenge

An international group of companies operating in the metals and mining sector needed to improve the efficiency of sales operations while increasing transparency across cargo tracking processes. The goal was to reduce manual effort, improve coordination between teams, and ensure better visibility across day-to-day execution.

Solution

LeverX implemented SAP ERP as the core platform to unify and automate key business functions across procurement, sales, logistics, finance, and HR. To support the client’s maintenance strategy and MRO planning, LeverX also implemented and enhanced SAP PM as the foundation for asset maintenance processes and maintenance execution.

To ensure seamless operations and transparency, LeverX integrated SAP ERP with:

• SAP C4C and SAP CPQ to strengthen customer engagement and streamline quote-to-order workflows
• SAP Multiresource Scheduling (SAP MRS) to improve resource planning, utilization, and maintenance scheduling
