A globally recognized manufacturer of agricultural, construction, and industrial equipment with operations spanning North America, the U.K., and Latin America. The company is undergoing a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation to modernize and unify operations across multiple international sites.

Challenge

Operating large, complex warehouse networks in multiple countries, the company needed to standardize warehouse execution and enable seamless coordination across sites. The solution also had to support production supply, MRO, and spare parts logistics with strong inventory visibility, inbound quality control, and returns, while meeting regional compliance requirements across the U.K., the U.S., and Mexico, and integrating with local suppliers, e-commerce platforms, and printing systems.

Solution

LeverX developed and rolled out a global SAP EWM template as a core component of the client’s SAP S/4HANA transformation. The solution was designed for global scalability while allowing for local flexibility and regulatory requirements.

• A centralized SAP EWM template designed for rapid replication across facilities
• Deployment across three regions: Mexico (2 warehouses), the United Kingdom (1 warehouse), and the United States (10 warehouses and production sites)
