Task

LeverX company was asked to determine RFI structure and help the client create their vision of what a "transport module" is and define its functional requirements. Client’s goal was to create a digital platform for employees to collaborate, communicate, and achieve their digital goals.

  • No possibilities to start development of the system, as there are no clearly set technical requirements
  • No complete vision of the system and of integration of all the functional modules
  • A lot of manual and paper work which is accessible only for a few people in the company

We successfully conducted a Design Thinking Workshop, analyzed every company's department related to the transport module and their experiences, that helped us to gain a better vision of their needs, motivations, and goals. Interactive sessions lasted 2 days and 8 hours and were based on design thinking methodology.
