Process

We worked with client to clarify key user flows, user types and product usage scenarios. We conducted a Design Thinking Workshop to define relevant issues and determine the best solutions for each scenario based on the Osterwalder and Pigneur Business Model Canvas. Once we had a full understanding of the existing pain points and long-term needs, we proposed Road Map and guidelines for a successful solutions implementation.
