SAP S/4HANA Enterprise Management with embedded PP/DS is an SAP solution that allows the customization and integration of the modules based on customer needs.
Our customer Retal Group, one of the biggest manufacturers of complete packaging solutions, was looking for an opportunity for automation to ensure an uninterrupted supply chain and production process for unique products. The project's complexity is also because the enterprise has a large volume of products, a lot of equipment and tools on a shop floor to be planned, and processes with a rigid connection between the product recipe and the technological route. The integration with the customer MES system and the critical need for clear visibility of entire supply chain processes and alerts were also customer’s pain points. After a fit-gap analysis, the LeverX team offered PP/DS as a supply chain solution to connect sales, production, and procurement areas.
