Elizabeth is the Chief Information Officer of Schneider Electric since December 2017, when she joined the company.  

She brings 30+ years of experience leading technology operations and initiatives across large-scale complex organizations. Prior to joining Schneider Electric, Elizabeth had held three major CIO roles at AES (2008-2017), Alcatel-Lucent (2006-2008) and MCI (2004-2006). 

Hackenson holds an MBA from Stanford University and a Degree in Applied Sciences with a major in Data Processing and Computer Technology from Farmingdale State University. 

In 2023, Hackenson was named Top 100 women executives in technology to see, in 2022 received the US CIO IT Leadership and Innovation award; and in 2021 was recognized by Boston CIO as the Leadership Award recipient for technical innovation and her  achievements as a technology leader. 

Gus Shahin is the chief information and digital officer (CIDO) at Flex, the manufacturing partner of choice that helps a diverse customer base design and build products to improve the world.

Mr. Shahin is responsible for driving Flex’s corporate IT strategy and cybersecurity by developing agile, scalable end-to-end systems and tools to enable digital transformation via an enterprise-wide strategy for business processes and services across all verticals and factory operations. In his role, he is focused on delivering actionable insights and achieving business objectives through cutting-edge technology including artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML), automation, and industry 4.0 to support the company’s modern manufacturing capabilities.

Previously at Flex, Mr. Shahin was responsible for customer and segment IT support, global implementation of core supply chain IT systems, customer solution architecture, e-learning and knowledge management teams. He has also managed factory operations, global IT deployment and IT for the mobile and consumer divisions.

Mr. Shahin holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Louisiana and a master’s degree in engineering from the University of Western Ontario.

Margaret Brisbane is the CIO and Director of the Information Technology Department for Miami-Dade County. In her current role, she is responsible for leading a team of 900+ IT professionals in servicing the technology needs of the County. Margaret is the first woman to serve in the role of county CIO.

Prior to joining the County, Margaret served as an IT Director for various brands under the Diageo Corporation. 

Throughout her career, Margaret has been actively involved in the community and professional organizations.  She is a member of the South Florida CIOs, the Chair of the ITWomen Virtual Mentoring Program, and a member of the Technology Committees at the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce and the Beacon Council. She has a passion for mentoring and currently leads programs for high school students and an apprenticeship program with Miami Dade College and Florida International University students.

Margaret earned a Master of Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University. She received a certificate in Executive Leadership from Harvard University. She was inducted into the Miami-Dade College Hall of Fame in 2022, received the Torch Award from FIU, and was named Female Technology Leader of the Year by the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce. She recently received the “Ones to Watch” award from the CIO Executive Council, and was nominated for the “Badass Woman of the Year”.  She received the South Florida CIO ORBIE Awards.
