Einführung eines automatisierten Systems, das die Koordinierung der Budgetausgaben ermöglichen würde

Entwicklung eines neuen Dokumentenformulars im SAP FI-Modul zur Abstimmung der Ausgaben mit dem Budget;
Einrichtung von Rollen für Personen, die am Prozess der Genehmigung von Budgetausgaben beteiligt sind (Initiator, Koordinator, Administrator, Buchhaltung usw.);
Ausarbeitung des Weges für die Genehmigung von RFA-Dokumenten (Anträge auf Genehmigung von Ausgaben);
