Challenge

To support its growing international footprint, the retailer needed to modernize and unify its warehouse operations across various markets. Key challenges included:

• Integrating SAP EWM with an existing non-SAP ERP system (Wawi)
• Ensuring communication between SAP EWM and SAP Transportation Management (SAP TM)
• Automating outbound transport processes using custom web services
• Enabling real-time updates on picking and loading activities

Project Scope
