SAP has introduced a new Business AI incentive that helps organizations implement AI assistants, custom AI agents, and AI applications with support from SAP partners. Learn more about this in our article.
LeverX has joined SAP's Business AI Partner-led Adoption Incentive Program, becoming one of the approved partners participating in SAP's new initiative to accelerate Business AI adoption. The program is part of SAP's €100 million global investment to help organizations implement Business AI solutions through qualified SAP partners.
The program provides funding of up to €100,000 for eligible projects that deploy SAP AI assistants and agents, develop custom AI solutions, and build business applications and workflows using Joule Studio and SAP Build. By working with an approved partner, organizations can access SAP-supported implementation services for qualifying Business AI projects.
SAP introduced the program to help organizations move from AI planning to implementation with support from partners experienced in SAP technologies and business processes.
What the Incentive Supports
The SAP Business AI Partner-led Adoption Incentive Program covers different types of Business AI projects. Organizations can start with targeted AI assistant and agent deployments for specific business functions or expand toward broader initiatives involving multiple processes and applications.
Depending on the project scope and incentive tier, the program supports activities such as:
- Deploying SAP AI assistants and agents
- Developing custom AI agents with Joule Studio
- Building pro-code applications and workflows using SAP Build
- Delivering enterprise-scale AI programs that combine multiple AI agents and business applications.
Funding is organized into several tiers based on project complexity. This structure allows organizations to select an approach that matches their business requirements, from focused AI use cases to larger transformation initiatives.
For customers, the program lowers the barrier to starting Business AI initiatives. SAP funding can help organizations explore AI scenarios that may otherwise be postponed because of implementation costs or competing investment priorities. It also encourages delivery through SAP partners with experience in SAP Business AI Platform.
What This Means for Customers Working With LeverX
As an approved participant in the SAP Business AI Partner-led Adoption Incentive Program, LeverX can help customers identify suitable AI use cases, validate eligibility for the incentive, and define an implementation approach aligned with business requirements.
For organizations ready to evaluate a specific AI opportunity, LeverX offers a focused one-to-two-week discovery phase. During this phase, teams identify the right use case, assess expected business value and ROI, define the solution approach and architecture, and demonstrate how similar SAP Business AI scenarios can be implemented.
Once the use case is validated and SAP incentive eligibility is confirmed, customers can select the commercial model that best fits their initiative. Options may include service credits for future work, an incentive-backed implementation discount, or a zero entry AI Package designed to be fully covered by incentive funds for first use case.
This approach helps organizations move from an identified AI opportunity to a validated implementation plan while keeping the focus on measurable business outcomes.
