Every year, the World Economic Forum in Davos serves as a global nexus for dialogue, bringing together visionaries, decision-makers, and industry pioneers to navigate the challenges that define our era. Against this backdrop, LeverX actively participated in the key business events surrounding WEF. We engaged in thought-provoking discussions that go beyond technology, collaborating about the future of industries, economies, and innovation itself.

This time, AI took center stage, underscoring its transformative impact across sectors. From optimizing business operations to enabling entirely new models of collaboration, AI is no longer just a tool — it’s a catalyst for redefining the way enterprises operate and grow. At LeverX, we see this transformation not as a distant future but as an ongoing shift that demands action today.

Our presence in Davos was not just about being part of the conversation — it was a testament to the years of expertise, strategic choices, and relentless innovation that have brought us here.

“When we started LeverX in 2003, we were a small, SAP-focused consultancy in Silicon Valley. Today, nearly 22 years later, we are a global system integrator, working across four continents and engaging in conversations with world leaders. This wasn’t a pre-planned roadmap — it happened organically through adaptability, persistence, and making the right decisions at the right time.”

— Dr. Victor Lozinski, Co-founder & Chairman of the Board, LeverX

At LeverX, we remain committed to doing exactly that.

Artificial intelligence for digital characters at the UBS Pavilion

Hosted by Digital Switzerland, this discussion explored the future of AI-driven digital characters — virtual entities that can interact and respond in human-like ways, opening new possibilities in entertainment, customer service, and enterprise solutions.

Beyond the discussion, LeverX took a decisive step forward by formalizing its commitment to advancing AI innovation in this space, and we are pleased to announce that we have officially joined this initiative. Through this partnership, we will contribute our expertise in AI and digital transformation, collaborating on projects that push the boundaries of what’s possible with AI-powered digital characters.

These discussions reinforced a key takeaway: AI is not just about automation — it’s about intelligence, decision-making, and redefining how businesses operate.

Future initiatives in the Caspian region

  • Partnering with regional enterprises to drive technology adoption and skills development in the digital economy.

As a company committed to bridging talent and innovation, we look forward to playing a role in upskilling the workforce and fostering new opportunities in the region.

Cultural connections: The art of business

Beyond business and technology, Davos was also a platform for discussing the intersection of culture, technology, and business. At the Art of Business event at the Heimatmuseum, we explored:

  • How AI can help preserve and evolve cultural heritage.
  • The role of digital tools in making art and history more accessible to a global audience.

CNBC meets: David Beckham

At a CNBC-hosted session, we attended a thought-provoking discussion with David Beckham, UNICEF Goodwill Ambassador and entrepreneur. Moderated by Tania Bryer, Beckham shared insights on:

  • Building a global brand and the lessons he learned from his career in business and sports.
  • His humanitarian efforts and work with UNICEF to support education and child welfare.
  • The role of Miami as a growing hub for innovation and entrepreneurship.

His insights reinforced the idea that leadership, adaptability, and social responsibility are key to long-term success — values that align with LeverX's mission.

Looking Ahead: LeverX’s Vision for the Future

As our time in Davos came to a close, one resounding theme emerged: innovation is not an abstract ideal. It is a force that reshapes industries, redefines business models, and challenges us to think beyond the status quo. But innovation alone is not enough. True transformation happens at the intersection of vision and collaboration.

The conversations we engaged in reinforced a critical reality: the future cannot be built in isolation. The most groundbreaking advancements arise when leaders, technologists, and visionaries come together to share insights, challenge assumptions, and co-create solutions that push the boundaries of what’s possible.

Key takeaways from our journey

  • AI and digital transformation are no longer optional — they are imperative. The companies that embrace AI-driven innovation today will not just survive, but will lead in the years ahead. Businesses must act decisively, integrating intelligent technologies to drive efficiency, agility, and new value creation.
  • Strategic partnerships are the catalyst for real progress. No single entity has all the answers, but by joining forces, we amplify our impact. Co-innovation with partners — whether technology providers, enterprises, or research institutions — accelerates growth and unlocks opportunities that would be unattainable alone.
  • Agility and adaptability will define the future. The world is evolving at an unprecedented pace, and rigid structures will not withstand the demands of tomorrow. Companies that foster a culture of continuous learning, flexibility, and responsiveness to emerging trends will set the standard for the next era of business.

“Looking ahead, LeverX will continue to expand and strengthen our partnerships, embracing the transformative potential of AI and digital transformation. The future is bright, and we are ready to seize the opportunities ahead.”

— Dr. Victor Lozinski, Co-founder & Chairman of the Board, LeverX

Davos was a milestone in LeverX’s journey toward shaping the future of enterprise technology. We leave with a renewed sense of purpose, inspired by the depth of conversations we had, the collaborations we forged, and the shared vision for a smarter, more interconnected world.

As we move forward, our commitment remains unwavering: to pioneer innovation, empower businesses to innovate, and build intelligent solutions that drive progress — not just for today, but for the generations to come.
