The company operates multiple online service channels and processes numerous legal requests, which places high demands on automation, data security, and system reliability.

Challenge

Legal document creation was slow, labor-intensive, and heavily manual. To address this, the company required a single digital solution to centralize request intake across multiple websites and lower operational costs.

Our goal was to design and implement a system that automates legal document generation in DOC format, supports continuous client communication throughout the document preparation process, and enables secure online payments.

Technology Stack

Cloud infrastructure: Amazon Web Services (AWS)

We hosted the platform on AWS to avoid capacity limitations as the service scaled. Amazon S3 is used to store legal documents and related files, making them easy to manage and reliably available, with data protection handled at the infrastructure level.

Back-end development: Python

The back end was implemented in Python to keep the system logic straightforward and adaptable as requirements evolved. This choice made it easier to handle request processing, document generation, and integrations without adding unnecessary complexity to the workflow.

Front-end development: JavaScript, React

The user interface was designed to make everyday work with the platform straightforward for clients. JavaScript and React were used to support responsive layouts and keep interactions consistent across different devices.

Third-party integrations: Stripe, Twilio, Dropbox

Payments, client communication, and file handling are part of one connected flow within the platform. Stripe, Twilio, and Dropbox support these functions in day-to-day operations.

Support and maintenance: Ongoing system support
