Klient chciał zapewnić płynniejszy transport samochodów pomiędzy placówkami dilerów samochodowych.

Rozwiązanie

LeverX skupił się nie tylko na wdrożeniu SAP Yard Logistics (SAP YL), lecz również dostosowaniu produktu do wszystkich wymagań klienta. Ponadto, projekt wymagał integracji SAP YL z systemami zewnętrznymi i zbiorem zadań developerskich dla urządzeń mobilnych.

Projekt dla spółki kolejowej wykraczał daleko poza kwestie wdrożeniowe. Dedykowany zespół dostosował rozwiązanie SAP Yard Logistics zgodnie z potrzebami klienta, zintegrował produkt z systemami zewnętrznymi i stworzył narzędzia dodatkowe maksymalizujące możliwości procesów wewnętrznych spółki.

Wdrożenie projektu obejmowało:

Zarządzanie całym ruchem transportu samochodów wewnątrz placu (kompleksu);
Automatyzację procesów inspekcji ładunków;
Wizualizację kompleksów przy pomocy SAP Visual Business w celu ukazania bieżącej pozycji samochodów.

Integracja SAP YL z rozwiązaniami zewnętrznymi mająca na celu wysyłanie wiadomości błyskawicznych i wywoływanie zdarzeń. Możliwe jest teraz składanie zgłoszeń dla placu załadunkowego przez ASN.

Kluczowe rozwojowe kamienie milowe związane są z:

Aplikacją mobilną, którą stworzyliśmy dla załogi kompleksu klienta, korzystającą z Platformy Mobilnej SAP. Aplikacja działa na urządzeniach podręcznych i może działać w trybie offline podczas inspekcji, sprawdzania placu, załadunku/wyładunku oraz realizacji innych funkcji.
Bazą danych dla Portalu Stacji Klienta, która umożliwia producentom i przewoźnikom śledzenie obciążenia roboczego, sprawdzanie statusu VIN oraz przeglądanie wszystkich potrzebnych danych.
