Our customer needed to simplify and improve its business processes covered by the SAP Ariba Сloud solution.
A couple of years ago, the company implemented the SAP Ariba Sourcing solution (to conduct tenders and auctions) and the SAP Ariba Buying and Invoicing solution (to manage purchases and invoices).
To facilitate all complicated and unnecessary system operations, reset processes, add new templates, and implement additional features that meet particular business requirements, the customer enlisted the help of LeverX SAP Ariba consultants.
Our project team was responsible for fulfilling the tasks covering the following directions:
SAP Ariba Sourcing is the solution that ensures tender and auction transparency, manages inner agreements, and assists in enhancing the search for the best supplier.
SAP Ariba Buying and Invoicing is an SAP Ariba module that controls the procurement process, including the creation of a purchase order, shipment notifications, invoices management, goods tracking, and ensures compliance with supplier requirements.
SAP Ariba Guided Buying is an SAP Ariba Buying and Invoicing add-on that provides an attractive, friendly-user interface, hence, facilitates the procurement process.

SAP Ariba Sourcing
- System reconfiguration to simplify current tender processes
- Developing new procurement templates (RFI, RFP, RFQ, agreement with NDA within the SAP Ariba Sourcing);
