Background

The client is a U.S.-based high-tech company that offers a range of software solutions to manage security threats, track asset usage, and monitor health and wellness in various locations, including corporate campuses, hospitals, schools, and public areas.

The client needed expert help building a custom cloud-based real-time security and incident monitoring solution for airports. The solution would enable airport personnel to enhance security by improving incident response time and investigate potential security threats more efficiently.

Challenge

A security solution such as this requires hardware support to provide location data for processing. An important requirement for the project's success was to avoid the need to install any additional hardware sensors or devices. The team had to think outside the box to design a dependable solution that would operate effectively — all the while relying only on hardware already present at airports.
