SAP HCM/SuccessFactors Consultant

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Math, Engineering, or equivalent discipline required;
  • A minimum of three (3) years prior professional consulting or equivalent industry experience in the design and development of HCM solutions;
  • At least three (3) years of recent hands-on systems configuration experience within the SAP HCM;
  • Strong communication and presentation skills;
  • Strong ability to facilitate discussions and negotiate mutually beneficial solutions when necessary;
  • Willingness to travel to client locations;
  • At least upper intermediate English.

Responsibilities

  • Work directly with clients at all different levels to guide complex projects and develop innovative solutions;
  • Focus on business process re-engineering efforts and technology enablement;
  • Earn trusted client status and build relationships that extends beyond the project’s lifecycle;
  • Apply strong knowledge of human capital management processes and SAP technology to help clients achieve business objectives;
  • Facilitate solution architecting workshops with business managers, client staff, and end-users to determine functional requirements;
  • Configure SAP HR and SuccessFactors systems to meet client business requirements;
  • Conduct knowledge transfer and training of end-users, including sharing best practices;
  • Provide leadership to junior systems analysts and client personnel assigned to projects.
