PROJECT METHODOLOGY:
Step 1: Discuss the ROI review and setup the Discover Online Meeting with the appropriate company representatives.
Step 2: Discover Online Meeting - Discuss business initiatives, requirements, issues, and SAP Landscape to identify key areas of need.
Step 3: Develop a ROI Review report outlining potential areas to support with either PLM and PPM, including potential functionality to implement.
Step 4: Develop a high-level benefits model based on other SAP customers and their ROI using PLM / PPM solutions from SAP. 
Step 5: Review report and discuss next steps. The report will be 5-10 pages in length and will be submitted to customer via email in PDF format.
