Dr. Victor Lozinski
CEO and Co-Founder
Dr. Lozinski is co-founder of LeverX. In May 2002, Dr. Lozinski left SAP after 7+ years of distinguished services in consulting, product management and industry business development. Dr. Lozinski led the implementation of a number of high profile SAP R/3 deployments of production planning and material management in Europe within Aerospace & Defense, Automotive, and mechanical machinery industries. Dr. Lozinski was responsible for the development of the "go-to-market" strategy and worldwide rollout of SAP's PDM solution as one of the first SAP product managers based in Waldorf, Germany. Dr. Lozinski is a recognized worldwide authority, author and frequent speaker on methodologies and technology solutions for product lifecycle management (PLM) throughout the extended enterprise and supply chain.
Alan F. Mendel
Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Co-Founder
Alan Mendel is co-founder of LeverX and also supervises sales and marketing for the company. He is a recognized worldwide authority, author and frequent speaker on methodologies and technology solutions for product lifecycle management (PLM) throughout the extended enterprise and supply chain.
Alan has consulted internationally with organizations from many industries and solution / technology suppliers on the development, use, implementation, and market for solutions to address the product lifecycle. He has assisted SAP since the mid-1990's in the specification, development and worldwide launch of the SAP PDM and PLM programs, and has also worked with many international manufacturers to evaluate and deploy SAP solutions. Prior to joining LeverX, Alan spent eight years as an industry analyst and consultant in the product lifecycle management (PLM) market establishing the internationally recognized and leading consulting firm, CIMdata, Inc.
Parag Joshi
Vice President of Consulting
As Vice President of Consulting, Parag Joshi is responsible for expanding and managing consulting staff and pre-sales and solutions delivery for LeverX. Over the years, Parag has provided platinum-level SAP consulting to Accenture, CapGemini, IBM, SAP America, and industry giants like Eli Lilly, Limited Brands, ExxonMobil, Visteon, Timken, Siemens, as well as mid-market customers such as Welch Allyn, StarTek and IDT.
Parag's IT career experience spans across the Americas, Europe, Middle-East and India. Early on in his career, he held senior positions at Datamatics-India and Saudi French Bank, a division of Banque Crédit Agricole. Parag holds an Engineering degree from India.
Eric Stajda
Director, Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Consulting Practice
As Director of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Eric is responsible for managing and developing all aspects of LeverX's SAP PLM consulting services and subject matter expertise team, including in-house demonstration and knowledge respository, support sales acquisition activities, and managing relationships with SAP PLM Solution Management and other LeverX services partners.
Eric has over 15 years of industry experience in software programming, project management, and technical and business process consulting services. He was among the original SAP PLM consulting group members based in the Americas, and today is one of the leading platinum-level SAP PLM consultants worldwide. Eric has helped customers find and implement solutions in a variety of industries, including automotive, high-tech, pharmaceuticals, discrete manufacturing, and oil and gas. He is a regular speaker at SAP conferences, including ASUG, SAP Insider, and SAPPHIRE. He is also the author of Effective Document Management with SAP DMS, published in 2008 by SAP Press. Evgeniy Paniavin
Managing Director of Global Delivery
As Managing Director of LeverX's Global Delivery Center (based in Minsk, Belarus), Evgeniy Paniavin is responsible for worldwide technical consulting, development, quality control, and support services for SAP solutions provided to SAP and SAP customers. Evgeniy has a Masters of Science degree in Mathematics & Management of Technology, and has over 10 years of consulting and management experience with SAP products & other ERP solutions, including consulting in the fields of HCM, MM, SAP ECC, and project management of ERP projects across the Automotive, Retail & Machinery industries.
